40mm Barbed Adapter with 1.5" BSP Male Thread

This durable plastic adapter features a 1.5" BSP male threaded inlet for a secure, leak-proof connection to pumps, valves or other female-threaded fittings, and a 40 mm barbed hosetail for quick attachment to flexible 40 mm internal-diameter hoses. The precision-cut BSP thread seals tightly with compatible ports, while the deep-ribbed hosetail grips the hose wall firmly to prevent slippage and leaks under pressure.

Manufactured from UV-stable, chemical-resistant plastic, this adapter is built to endure both indoor and outdoor environments. Its robust construction resists cracking, abrasion and temperature extremes, yet remains lightweight for easy handling and installation. Simply screw the male thread into your female fitting, push the hose onto the barb until fully seated, and secure with a hose clip for added assurance. Perfect for pond plumbing, irrigation systems, filter connections and general fluid transfer tasks, this barbed adapter ensures reliable, leak-free performance.
